Tony Woolcott, Managing Director
Tony has been working in the private Security Industry for over 20 years and has been the Managing Director of Avantguard since it's inception in 2009.
Outside of work, he enjoys rambling walks, growing vegetables and frequent visits to The Royal Albert Hall. He'll never admit it to the doctor, but he loves a Hockins Clotted Cream Ice-Cream.
Kate Roberts, Office Manager
Kate has worked in Security for over 20 years in Finance and Operations and has a BA Hons Degree in Business Administration.
Outside of work her personal interests are music, nature (especially birds) and crochetting blankets like a proper granny.
Richard Trigg , Operations Coordinator
Richard has been working with Avantguard for over 7 years. Starting with us as a Security Officer, he undertook a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leadership and Security Management to train for his current role as Operations Coordinator.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys Rock Crawling. It's not what you think.... look it up.
Kirsty Burgess, Office Administrator
Kirsty started working part-time with Avantguard over 10 years ago and had no background in Administration. She has trained over the years in multiple areas and now provides essential support to all areas of the business.
In her spare time.... who are we kidding, being a mother to 3 busy boys, Kirsty doesn't have any spare time. However, she is the proud owner of the Avantguard Office Dog Nellie, and enjoys lunchtime walks in the surrounding woodlands.
