The Results

In April 2019 we sent out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to all of our clients. The survey contained 16 statements about the service we deliver, with multiple choice responses ranging from STRONGLY AGREE, through to STRONGLY DISAGREE.

The results have been collated below and we're so very pleased to see that our clients are happy with the service we deliver and the contact that they have with Avantguard.  We did not have any clients who Disagreed or Strongly Disagreed with our statements which is fantastic to hear.  We had some clients who were Neutral on some statements but the overwhelming majority either Agreed or Strongly Agreed with our statements.

There were also some open questions at the end of the survey where clients could provide feedback on what they felt Avantguard should start doing, continue doing or stop doing.  We had some good suggestions in this area and we will be looking into these in more detail, but mostly we were pleased to see that our clients felt we should continue doing exactly what we are already doing.

Finally, we asked clients if they would be willing to give a short testimonial that we might use on our website.  This was completely optional but we were very happy to receive 8 very positive testimonials which we will be adding to our website over the next couple of weeks.
