Avantguard are a local Sussex based SIA Approved Contractor. Working with Avantguard is like being part of a family. We are a small and friendly organisation and everyone is on a first name and individual basis.

We understand that work/life balance is important and so we have regular working patterns for the core team on all of our sites and rosters are issued monthly in advance so everyone knows what work commitments they have for the month ahead.
